Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, most new and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. The guidelines below help ensure a smooth process and protect both you and our store from misuse.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Condition — Item must be unused, unaltered, and in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Proof of Purchase — A valid order number or receipt is required.
  • Return Authorization — Returns must be initiated through your account or by emailing support@yourstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages received without an RMA will be refused.
  • Time Limit — RMA must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the item must arrive at our facility within 15 days of RMA approval.

Non‑Returnable & Final‑Sale Items

To maintain product integrity and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom‑built, personalized, or engraved products
  • Gift cards or downloadable software
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification
  • Items missing serial numbers, UPC labels, or tamper‑evident seals

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Defective / Wrong Item Sent — We cover return shipping and waive all fees.
  • All Other Returns — A prepaid label is provided and a flat $8.95 return‑shipping charge (or actual carrier cost, whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking — Returns that are opened or require re‑boxing may incur up to a 15 % restocking fee. The fee is waived for even‑value exchanges.

How to Return

  1. Request an RMA online or via customer service.
  2. Print the prepaid label and affix it to the original shipping box (remove old labels).
  3. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA form inside the package.
  4. Drop off at the designated carrier within 7 days of label issuance.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Choose one of two options:

  • Instant Exchange — Place a new order; we ship it right away and refund the original once the return is received.
  • Standard Exchange — Send the item back first; the replacement ships after inspection (subject to availability).

Refunds & Credits

After inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, and fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), a store credit will be issued.

Rejected or Ineligible Returns

Items returned that do not meet policy criteria will be photographed, documented, and either:

  • Returned to you at your expense, or
  • Held for 14 days and then donated or recycled if unclaimed.

Return Abuse Prevention

To keep prices low for all customers, we reserve the right to refuse service to accounts with excessive or suspicious return activity.
