Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

  • Same‑Day Processing: In‑stock club orders placed before 12 PM PT ship the same business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Processing Time for Other Items: 1–2 business days.
  • Back‑Orders: If any item is on back‑order, we will email you with the expected ship date and offer the option to split or cancel the order.

Service Area

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States and U.S. territories. We do not ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, or parcel lockers outside these areas.

Order Tracking

  • An email with a carrier tracking link is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
  • Delivery dates are estimates; unforeseen carrier delays (weather, high volume, etc.) may extend transit times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or building management.
  • For packages damaged in transit, document the damage (photos) and contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work directly with the carrier to resolve lost or damaged shipments and, when confirmed, issue a replacement or refund.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Because we strive for same‑day turnaround, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter fulfillment.
  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@yourstore.com or (888) 000‑0000. We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed after the order has been picked.

Split Shipments & Multiple Packages

To get your gear to you faster, items may ship from multiple locations. You will not incur extra shipping charges for split shipments.

Holiday Schedule

Orders are not processed or delivered on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
